Five sentences about me…

I’m an animal, travel, tv/movie, holiday junkie living in Austin, Texas. I work in commercial real estate full time and co-own Fertility Rally - I host/run the Fab Fertility account and podcast in my free time. My husband Will (no relation to Willie) and I got married in 2017 and have been trying to grow our family ever since. After FIVE rounds of IVF, 3 failed transfers, 1 miscarriage, two clinics, one doctor change, a hysteroscopy, a laparoscopy, and about 2,457 shots & blood draws later, we are finally expecting our rainbow! Baby girl Nelson is due May 19, 2021!

One thing I wish I knew going into my fertility journey...

I’d have hardly any control.

One thing about me that is forever changed because of my fertility journey...

I am 1000x more empathetic; I think before I speak because you never know what the person in front of you is going through.

One funny moment or anecdote from my fertility journey...

My doctor has walked in both on me using Wanda (the ultrasound wand) as a microphone and naked from the waist down without the sheet covering me!

One product, practice, or ritual I adopted during my fertility journey, which I have/have not kept a part of my life...

Meditation! I now meditate every single night as I fall asleep. Yoga Nidra is my favorite but I also dabble in spirit baby and womb mediations. My fave apps are Expectful, Mindful IVF & Insight Timer.
